Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support a SAP S/4HANA transformation for a global medical technology leader. This contract role centers on redesigning processes, boosting operational performance, and delivering technology-enabled change.

The candidate will collaborate with business and IT teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure adoption of new processes throughout the SAP program. 6-12 month engagement with potential extension, remote EST hours.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence experience.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong process improvement and business process redesign experience.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and operational change.

Responsabilités

• Analyze current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.

Our client is a global leader in medical technology and healthcare innovation. Based out of their transformation organization, they are looking to hire a Continuous Improvement Engineer on a Contract basis.

This opportunity offers the chance to play a key role in a major enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation initiative. The successful candidate will help redesign business processes, improve operational performance, and partner with both business and technology teams to deliver meaningful organizational change. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy driving transformation, aligning stakeholders, and modernizing supply chain operations through technology-enabled process improvement.

Contract Duration

6-12 months with potential extension based on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence experience
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or ERP transformation initiatives
• Strong process improvement and business process redesign experience
• Experience working across business and technology teams
• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and operational change
