We’re seeking a strategic and transformational SAP leader to guide a global ERP landscape through a major S/4HANA Greenfield implementation. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining SAP strategy, driving enterprise architecture, and leading a global team through digital transformation.

Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA Greenfield migration and ECC transition strategy
• Define and execute SAP roadmap, architecture, and governance
• Oversee global SAP teams and ERP application portfolio
• Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned to business goals
• Partner with executive stakeholders to deliver scalable, business-focused solutions
• Ensure delivery excellence across timeline, budget, and quality
• Promote best practices in Agile/Waterfall delivery and service management
• Optimize systems and reduce technical debt

What You Bring

• 15+ years of experience in IT, including 10+ years in SAP leadership roles
• Proven success leading S/4HANA Greenfield transformations
• Deep expertise in SAP architecture, data governance, and ERP strategy
