Responsabilités

• Support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation initiative with CI and process engineering expertise.
• Identify, evaluate and implement business process improvements aligned with transformation objectives.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimization and standardization opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in SAP implementation and broader digital transformation activities.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure improvements align with system capabilities and goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify process gaps and implementation challenges.
• Translate business requirements into actionable process improvement recommendations.
• Support adoption of optimized processes as part of the ERP transformation.
• Provide CI expertise to ensure improvements are practical, scalable, and sustainable.

Job Title - Continuous Improvement Engineer

Role Type - Contract (6-12 months)

Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of continuous improvement and process engineering experience, with demonstrated success identifying, driving, and implementing business process improvements.
• Strong SAP implementation or enterprise digital transformation experience, with SAP S/4HANA experience strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver meaningful business process improvements in support of large-scale ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering across business and technology teams to achieve transformation objectives.
