• Proven ability to deliver meaningful business process improvements for large ERP transformations.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with business and technology teams.

Responsabilités

• Support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation initiative with CI and process engineering expertise.
• Identify, evaluate and implement business process improvements aligned with transformation objectives.
• Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimization and standardization opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in SAP implementation and broader digital transformation activities.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure improvements align with system capabilities and goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to identify process gaps and implementation challenges.
• Translate business requirements into actionable process improvement recommendations.
• Support adoption of optimized processes as part of the ERP transformation.
• Provide CI expertise to ensure improvements are practical, scalable, and sustainable.
• Work independently and with others to drive measurable improvements in operations and transformation outcomes.
