Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support a SAP S/4HANA transformation for a global medical technology leader. This contract role centers on redesigning processes, boosting operational performance, and delivering technology-enabled change.

The candidate will collaborate with business and IT teams, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure adoption of new processes throughout the SAP program. 6-12 month engagement with potential extension, remote EST hours.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, or Operational Excellence experience.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations or ERP transformation initiatives.
• Strong process improvement and business process redesign experience.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Ability to drive stakeholder alignment and operational change.

• Support process improvement initiatives across the SAP transformation program.
• Analyze current-state processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Design and implement future-state operational processes.
• Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and project stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.
