Job summary

You will partner with the CI Lead to design risk-based strategies, deploy Lean Six Sigma tools, and measure progress with dashboards and metrics across engineering, procurement, construction, startup, and operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 5–12 years of experience, Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification, and demonstrated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• 5–12 years of relevant work experience.
• Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification is required.
• Certified Causal Analysis Lead is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a CI program and risk-based strategy.
• Plan, scope, and select appropriate CI tools and methodologies.
• Analyze process and performance data across functions.
• Develop performance metrics to measure improvements.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Lead causal analysis activities and workshops to educate staff.
