Job summary

Entegris is seeking a Senior Engineer, Continuous Improvement at the Burnet, TX site to lead lean transformations and drive CI initiatives across the manufacturing footprint. You will map processes, deploy Six Sigma methodologies, and ensure sustained improvements while collaborating with cross-functional teams and the broader CI community.

The role requires 5-8 years in manufacturing LN/Six Sigma, a formal Six Sigma background, and travel less than 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or related engineering disciplines.
• 5-8 years’ manufacturing experience driving Lean and Six Sigma programs across a large-scale, diverse footprint.
• Experience driving a lean and digitized mindset across supply chain with a global team.
• Formal Six Sigma training and Lean, Black Belt and SPC credentials.
• Willing to travel but less than 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement initiatives: develop and implement CI strategies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
• Assess and optimize processes using Lean principles and digital tools.
• Collaborate with IT, operations, and business units to integrate Lean improvements with digital technologies.
• Drive cultural change by training and supporting employees in Lean methodologies and new tools.
• Monitor and measure impact with KPIs and data analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to improve processes and identify waste.
• Lead continuous improvement programs across the global enterprise.
