Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience in engineering, supply chain, or operations.
  • Certification in CI methods (LEAN, DMAIC, etc.) preferred.

The Job at a Glance

As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you'll help our Fulfillment Center operate at its best by identifying opportunities and driving change using LEAN and 5S methodologies. You will work on process improvements, storage optimization, labor management, system enhancements, workstation design, and quality issue resolution.

A Typical Day
  • Analyze processes and identify gaps
  • Implement LEAN and 5S to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Enhance fulfillment quality through process improvements
  • Collaborate on training and labor standards
  • Lead waste reduction projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Support major initiatives
To Land This Opportunity
  • 2+ years' experience in engineering, supply chain, or operations
  • Ability to analyze data and tell stories
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-starter with a big impact mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with data repositories
  • Availability Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Proven ability to lead and promote CI
  • Certification in CI methods (LEAN, DMAIC, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in team leadership and labor management
About Your Future Team
