Job Overview

We are seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help optimize our Fulfillment Center operations using LEAN and 5S methodologies. You will collaborate with leadership on process improvements, storage and labor management, system enhancements, and workstation design, while supporting quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Fulfillment Center processes to identify gaps
• Implement LEAN and 5S initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste
• Enhance overall quality through process improvements
• Develop and implement work standards with training teams
• Lead waste reduction projects with floor leadership
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Contribute to major Fulfillment Center initiatives

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations leading CI efforts
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with data extraction from repositories
• Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Proven ability to drive change and promote CI
• Certification in CI methods (LEAN, DMAIC, etc.)
• Self-motivated, able to thrive in fast-paced environments
• Experience leading and building teams, with labor management skills

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $68,486.58 – $92,658.32 annually, based on experience and location. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, holidays, parental leave, professional development, profit-sharing, bonuses, and more.
