Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations for Continuing Education.
• Manage budgets, payroll contracts, and financial administration.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary action.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure policy compliance.
• Represent the college at internal and external meetings.
