Job summary

University of New England Online CPS seeks an experienced program operations professional to support ongoing and new credit and non-credit offerings. You will plan timelines, coordinate resources, and manage delivery, assessment, and support services across online programs.

The role requires collaboration with program directors, faculty, and campus departments to ensure high-quality online learning experiences and accreditation standards adherence.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and 2–4 years related experience in academic program planning and administration in higher education.
• :Effective project management and written, oral and interpersonal communication skills.
• :Experience with online learning technology and learning management systems (e.g., Brightspace); CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• :Competency with data reporting, budgeting, project management tools, and general software.
• :Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational needs of existing and new CPS programs/courses.
• Develop and manage planning timelines, determining, and scheduling internal and external resources, coordinate and document program development implementation and evaluation processes.
• Oversee program operations including project management, logistical coordination, program delivery, information flow, course assessment, and support services.
• Manage internal and external educational, marketing, and administrative resources.
• Work with academic programs, program and business development team to identify new audiences and partnerships.
