Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in contingent workforce operations, procurement, staffing, or related field.
• Experience supporting procurement, supplier management, or vendor management programs.
• Strong data accuracy and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Support vendor management, KPI tracking, and supplier reporting.
• Produce and analyze workforce reports and metrics.
• Respond to inquiries from managers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
