Job summary

Employer.com seeks a Program Coordinator to own day-to-day operations of the Contingent Workforce (CW) Program. You will process worker lifecycle events in VMS, coordinate onboarding/offboarding logistics, and ensure data integrity across systems.

You will collaborate with the CW Program Manager and partner with People Services, IT, and staffing and payroll vendors to maintain smooth operations and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR operations, staffing or recruiting operations, or program coordination.
• Experience with a VMS or HRIS (VNDLY, Workday, Fieldglass, Beeline, or similar) strongly preferred.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent professional judgment when handling sensitive worker data.
• Reliable and responsive when fielding time-sensitive requests.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional partners.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Slack.
• Interest in using automation and AI to improve day-to-day processes.

Responsibilities

• Process contingent worker lifecycle events in VMS, including record creation and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Own VMS record administration end to end, including new vendor setup.
• Coordinate day-one readiness for new contractors: access requests, equipment, and badge logistics; manage offboarding checks.
• Support the contractor onboarding experience and orientation logistics.
• Manage intake channels (inbox, Jira, Slack) and SLA-compliant responses.
• Assist finance and billing: timesheets, invoices, and vendor payments.
