Viasat is seeking a Contingent Workforce Operations Specialist based in the US Eastern time zone to join our dynamic team. You will support the contingent workforce program, handling lifecycle activities, vendor management, systems support, and reporting to enable smooth day-to-day operations.

Your role emphasizes process improvement, data accuracy, and exceptional service to hiring managers and suppliers. Strong Excel and ERP/VMS experience are a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years in contingent workforce operations or related field.
• Experience with ERP, VMS, or HCM systems.
• Experience with ticketing/case management systems (ServiceNow/Jira).
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes across the lifecycle.
• Manage inquiries from hiring managers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Maintain workforce data accuracy and system documentation.
• Provide backup for VMS, ERP, and related tools.
