Job summary

Service Restoration, Inc. seeks a Contents Project Manager to join the Contents Cleaning & Restoration team. You will oversee daily operations, distinguish salvageable contents, and coordinate logistics to bring jobs to completion.

The role involves training team members, visiting sites, and maintaining clear communication with homeowners, estimators, and management to ensure high-quality, timely restoration.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Current Valid Driver's License.
• Clear driving record and insurable.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willing to submit and pass a criminal background & motor vehicle history check.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 Years of Related Work Experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company professionally.
• Manage Content Job Flow and ensure successful completion of Contents jobs.
• Coordinate and Plan logistics of Contents Jobs.
• Market company to potential clients by contacting via in-person meetings/emails/phone calls and following up on contents leads.
• Train and guide contents employees on site and lead crew leads and technicians.
• Distinguish between salvageable and non-salvageable items.
• Ability to project empathy and sympathy in difficult situations.
• Pack and haul customer contents to be returned upon job completion.
• Be proactive in communicating with staff, homeowners, Estimator, Management and other team members.
