The ideal candidate will manage content projects from initial inspections to documenting pre-existing damages and coordinating job logistics. Experience in restoration, a valid driver’s license, and good communication skills are essential. The position requires availability for on-call emergencies.

The Contents Project Manager will be able to respond to, secure jobs and perform initial job site inspections. A qualified candidate must be willing to be on call 24/7 for emergency disaster situations and other restoration related activities.
Able to understand and profitably estimate the flow and process of contents projects including, but not limited to:
Able to schedule contents projects including, but not limited to:
Able to fully document pre-existing damage, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of each job and client belongings; ability to control breakage; follow company policy and expectations in detail; provide excellent and constant communication and customer service; able to collect required payment from clients; must be organized, possess a positive attitude and display a professional appearance; must be physically able to work in PPE including respiratory protection and lift at least 50 pounds; willing to work on a rotating on call schedule that will require availability on nights and weekends; clean/valid driver’s license; clean background check (no felony convictions); excited to work in a team atmosphere; candidate must have great written and verbal communication skills and must possess good computer skills.
Knowledge of Xactimate and/or Residential/Commercial Restoration is a plus.
