Job summary

FRSTeam, Inc. is seeking an experienced Contents Operations Manager to oversee household contents restoration projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate technicians, manage schedules, maintain quality, and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the restoration process. Lead a team, promote accountability, and drive continuous improvement while communicating effectively with homeowners, insurers, and contractors.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restoration industry experience preferred.
• Previous Leadership Or Supervisory Experience Required.
• Familiarity with insurance restoration and property claims processes.
• Proficiency with restoration software such as DASH, Encircle, Gratiis, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage restoration projects from initial assignment through completion.
• Lead, coach, and develop restoration technicians while promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, staffing, equipment, and project priorities.
• Conduct project inspections to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain clear communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Review project documentation for completeness and accuracy, including inventories, work orders, photographs, and project reports.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate pack-outs, cleaning, deodorization, storage, contents manipulation, and pack-back activities.
• Oversee the installation and reconnection of household appliances and electronics when applicable.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in estimating, project planning, and change management as needed.
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring new team members.
• Promote continuous improvement in operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, IICRC standards, and OSHA safety requirements.
