• Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified leads for Zoom
• Sell the maker-minded roadmap, not just today's feature set
• Steer Zoom prospects from interest to invoice without friction
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and forecast monthly bookings
• Wire Tableau and Facilitation together so marketing hands sales clean leads
• Own the handoff doc that keeps nothing falling between Coaching and CRM
• Collaborate with product teams to position new offerings in the Rockford region
• Close the gap between what marketing promises and sales delivers
