Job summary

Jobtailor in Stamford, CT seeks a Content Operations leader to own and scale Salsify as the single source of truth for product content and assets. You will set standards for copy, imagery, and data across retailers and oversee channel mappings and platform health.

You will drive automation, mentor the Content Operations Coordinator, and partner with IT, brand, and creative teams to optimize retailer content operations in a fast-paced ecommerce environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in ecommerce content operations or related field.
• Hands-on experience with a PIM or DAM platform; Salsify preferred.
• Strong understanding of retailer syndication and channel mappings.
• Ability to build scalable content processes and workflows.
• Experience evaluating and implementing ecommerce tools.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration with IT and brand stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Salsify as the centralized source of truth for product content and assets.
• Establish standards for copy, imagery, video, and attribute data across channels.
• Maintain content accuracy, platform health, and syndication mappings.
• Lead retailer channel setups and mappings within Salsify.
• Oversee retailer syndication strategy and platform optimization.
• Coordinate with Content Operations Coordinator on compliance tracking.
• Define content compliance framework and best-in-class PDPs.
• Conduct regular content audits across key retailer sites.
• Drive automation and efficiencies; reduce manual effort.
• Mentor the Content Operations Coordinator and lead cross-functional teams.
