Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a communications and analytics professional to partner with store leadership and business owners. The role focuses on designing, planning, and executing store communications, while driving development of the communication platform and ensuring timely, accurate content across channels.

The candidate will support weekly communications, edit content for accuracy, and develop reports to help management monitor performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment.
Retail experience preferred (store experience a plus).
High standards and accountability; accuracy-focused.
Ability to provide strategic planning direction and identify growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Partner with Store Communications team and business owners to develop, design, plan, and execute communications and tasks to stores.
Drive development and manage follow-through of communication plans for assigned businesses.
Support development and optimization of the store communication platform for timely, consistent communication.
Contribute to content development and support of weekly communications and company-wide messages.
Edit, proof, and review content with team and owners to ensure accuracy.
