Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years in content strategy, marketing, or copywriting.
• Experience creating and executing content strategies for digital channels.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing customer-focused marketing content.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver content solutions supporting business objectives.
• Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Expertise in digital content strategy, product marketing, and web content development.
• Strong understanding of SEO, customer journey mapping, and content performance optimization.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and lead cross-functional content initiatives.
• Data-driven approach to measuring and improving content impact.
• Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and workplace conduct and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead content strategy and copy development across digital marketing channels.

• Establish and maintain voice, tone, messaging, editorial standards, and content governance best practices.
