Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in industry name required.
Familiar with managing retailer enterprise systems and operating web-based software programs.
Familiar with basic ecommerce practices and terminology.
Strong coordination and project management skills.
Strong business communication and interpersonal skills with internal workgroups.
Skilled at managing competing priorities.
Highly organized and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

Support content management and syndication: organize/upload content attributes and files; ensure updates publish live on retailer sites.
Diagnose and resolve functional, systemic, or process issues to keep content live.
Build and maintain collaborative relationships with team members and internal partners.
Serve as a CM&S SME to influence solutions and meet client needs.
Complete required trainings and learn new tools, systems, and processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
