Job summary

MFI Technologies Incorporated is seeking a Director of Content Strategy to lead cross-channel content initiatives across linear and digital platforms from NYC. You will shape strategy, drive audience growth and revenue, and align programming with business priorities.

Reporting to the Vice President, Content Strategy, you will partner with research, analytics, marketing, sales, product, and distribution teams; manage a team if applicable, and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced media

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience across content strategy, media strategy, business strategy, programming, analytics or related roles.
• Direct experience with streaming platforms (SVOD/AVOD/FAST/OTT) or streaming strategy advisory.
• Strong understanding of audience analytics and content performance metrics.
• Experience leveraging data to inform content investment and platform growth.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
