Job summary

Motive, a leading ops-tech platform, seeks a Senior Content Marketing Strategist to own the strategy, development, and outcomes of Motive’s most important content programs. This senior IC role translates audience and business priorities into differentiated, full-funnel content that moves enterprise prospects and customers through the buying journey.

You will set the roadmap, align stakeholders, and measure impact, building scalable, AI-enabled approaches while preserving human judgment and brand

Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B content marketing experience with full-funnel, enterprise content
• Experience owning a content function or major program from strategy to execution
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for technical/data topics
• Ability to design ecosystems connecting audience needs, funnel stages, formats and outcomes
• Experience conducting executive and SME interviews and translating into high-impact content

Responsibilities

• Set strategy, roadmap, and editorial direction for high-impact content programs
• Own end-to-end content programs from opportunity through measurement
• Lead customer- and expert-first content with executive interviews and user-generated voices
• Use data to identify opportunities, improve distribution, and prove content impact on brand and pipeline
• Advise cross-functional partners on messaging, audience strategy, and program priorities
• Identify gaps and build scalable, AI-enabled content approaches
• Build relationships with PMM, campaigns, demand generation, customer marketing, and sales
• Own content portions of cross-functional projects (annual research, events, product launches)
• Set editorial standards and elevate Motive's external content
