Roku is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Analysis to drive strategy and insights for the Content organization across US, Canada, and the UK. You will partner with Content, Finance, Core Analytics, and Product to shape the portfolio and guide licensing decisions, while leading a small team and delivering clear, data-driven recommendations.

The role blends hands-on analysis with strategic leadership, with a salary range disclosed for California and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in streaming / content strategy or related analytics roles.
• Experience building and leading a content insights function and cadence.
• Fluency in rev-share, flat-fee licensing, and commissioning economics.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain the Content strategy roadmap for US/CA/UK markets across License/original and FAST/Live/VOD.
• Combine content costs with platform data to drive actionable insights for Content, Merchandising, and Product teams.
• Lead valuation and decision support for licensing and original content; mentor analysts.
