You’ll partner with Content, Finance, Core Analytics, Ad Revenue Operations, Subscriptions / Content Distribution Insights, and Product/Engineering to turn data into clear recommendations and guide investment decisions.

What is the role?

Roku is seeking a Senior Manager, Content Strategy & Analysis to help drive the strategy and analysis function for the Content organization across our US, Canada, and UK markets. The scope spans all Content types — Licensed / Original, Entertainment / Sports, FAST / Live / VOD. Working within an established function, you'll partner across Content, Finance, Core Analytics, Ad Revenue Operations, Subscriptions / Content Distribution Insights, and Product / Engineering to turn data into clear recommendations that shape the portfolio and inform investment decisions (licensing valuation, rev-share content mix, originals performance). You'll pair rigorous analysis with strong business judgment, own a defined slice of the insights and valuation workload end-to-end, and manage a team of 3. This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants to go deep on content performance and grow into broader strategy leadership.

For California Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $185,200 - $265,300. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
