Job summary

Roku is hiring a Senior Analyst, Revenue Analytics and Insights, to help drive growth for the ad sales team. The role blends data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder management with a focus on monetizing advertising inventory and delivering insights across partners.

The position is hybrid in Boston, MA, with in-office Mon–Thu and optional Friday remote work. Salary is $119,000–$126,000 per year, with compensation based on candidate location and experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales or revenue operations.
• Experience partnering with sales or GTM teams and supporting executive leadership.
• Familiarity with the advertising landscape or connected TV (CTV).
• Ability to use data to tell a story and prepare executive materials.
• Advanced Excel capabilities: scenario modeling and macros.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau, Looker).
• Understanding data hierarchies and KPIs.
• Self-motivated with strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage sales reporting to extract insights on key partners and opportunities.
• Partner with sales leadership to uncover revenue opportunities and track outcomes.
• Craft and deliver regular business reviews for sales leadership.
• Execute and optimize weekly forecasts, quarterly/annual planning, quota administration and sales compensation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design new reporting infrastructure.
• Develop narratives around advertiser opportunities and industry trends.
• Incorporate third‑party data into the reporting portfolio to support decisions.
• Work with Revenue Operations and stakeholders on strategic initiatives.
