Job summary

Quad is seeking a Content Services Production Coordinator to support scheduling, tracking and troubleshooting across print production workflows. You will check content for accuracy, organize incoming and outgoing work, and communicate priorities to teammates to meet timelines.

With a High School Diploma or GED and 3+ years of relevant experience, you will leverage Microsoft Office and project databases to manage proofs and prepress tasks.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in prepress/graphics arts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check content for accuracy and completeness.
• Handle materials and proofs for production.
• Resolve conflicts in client-supplied information.
• Organize incoming and outgoing work for production.
• Communicate priorities to team members and departments.
• Monitor timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
• Check copy and images on proofs and report deviations.
• Maintain daily status reports and communicate costs/timelines.
• Support scheduling and troubleshooting across production workflows.
