Melotech is building a dynamic content operations function in a fully remote role for someone who thrives at the intersection of media, data, and trends. You will own the day-to-day execution of one core area, coordinate with partners to bring in new content, and ensure quality before publication, using spreadsheets and internal tools to monitor performance.

You will work with content and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, inform strategy, and maintain high standards while adapting quickly

Competenze

• Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong affinity for social media trends, viral content, and digital culture with ability to spot emerging opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with creators, partners, and team members.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and comfort learning new digital tools and platforms.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams and ability to communicate effectively across different functions.
• Organized work style with proven ability to manage multiple content streams and deadlines simultaneously.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing trends and priorities.
• Colleagues would describe you as hard-working, ambitious and persistent.
• You're obsessed with music, video or social media.
