Melotech is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO, shaping market direction and operational scale. You will lead strategic projects, prepare investor materials, and drive performance updates across the business. This early role offers equity and a remote-first environment with global offsites.

Ideal candidates combine fierce analytical thinking with strong communication, a track record of partnering with leadership, and a passion for media, music, and social platforms.

Formación

• Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a top-tier university.
• At least 1 year of proven, high-impact experience from elite consultancies, banks, Big Tech, leading PE/VC funds, or venture-backed startups.
• Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Excellent communication across engineering, product, and business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Managing high-impact projects from conception to completion across all business verticals.
• Preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents with KPI tracking.
• Conducting market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Supporting fundraising by creating pitch materials and organizing investor outreach.
• Streamlining workflows and scaling recruiting with AI assistance.
• Acting as a sparring partner to prioritize and execute strategic projects with the founder.
