Melotech is building a scalable content platform powered by production ML models. As a production-focused ML engineer, you will design and deploy models that serve millions of users with low latency and high reliability.

You'll architect ML infrastructure, implement end-to-end pipelines, and collaborate closely with data scientists and engineers. This role offers remote work with equity and opportunities to influence core product decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ML engineering experience building production systems
• Expert-level Python and ML frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• MLOps tooling including Docker, Kubernetes, model versioning and monitoring
• Proven track record deploying scalable ML models in production
• Ability to architect complex systems independently while collaborating with teams

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy production ML models within the content and product ecosystem
• Design scalable ML infrastructure and data pipelines for massive datasets
• Implement efficient inference systems across products
• Fine-tune and deploy multimodal AI systems using MLOps best practices
• Collaborate with data science teams to productionize research models
• Optimize model performance for cost, speed and accuracy
