Melotech, a pioneering media and entertainment company, is seeking a Founders Associate to work directly with the CEO. You will explore where the market is headed, shape strategy, and scale internal processes using data-driven insights.

You will manage high-impact projects, prepare reports, conduct market and investor research, support fundraising, streamline workflows with AI, and partner with the founder on strategic bets.

Qualifications

• Hold a degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a highly analytical field from a globally top-tier university.
• Bring at least 1 year of proven, high-impact professional experience from elite firms or venture-backed startups.
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and communication skills with data-driven insights for executives.
• Are highly autonomous: you thrive with minimal guidance and lead multiple projects independently.
• Have a track record of working directly with C-level executives to drive measurable impact.
• Excel in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and are relentlessly ambitious and persistent.

Responsabilités

• Manage high-impact projects from conception to completion across business verticals.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and KPI updates for leadership.
• Conduct market, competitor, and investor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support fundraising by creating pitch materials and organizing investor outreach.
• Streamline workflows and scale recruiting with AI-enabled processes.
• Act as sparring partner to the founder in prioritizing and executing strategic projects.
