Melotech is seeking a Content Operations Specialist to own and optimize our content workflow from creation to distribution. You’ll coordinate with content and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality media across our network.

You’ll monitor trends, source content with partners, manage quality control, and use spreadsheets and internal tools to track performance. A passion for music, video, or social media helps you thrive in our fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Communications, Media Studies, Business, or related field.
• Strong affinity for social media trends, viral content, and digital culture with ability to spot emerging opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with creators, partners, and team members.

Responsibilities

• Run content process to release media across our network.
• Source and coordinate new content with partners and platforms.
• Ensure quality control of all content before distribution.
• Use spreadsheets and internal tools to track performance and deliverables.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Monitor social media trends to inform content strategy and partnerships.
