Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. in Las Vegas is seeking a Coordinator, Content Operations to manage intake, validation, and deployment of digital assets across Exosphere, Digital Signage, IPTV, and venue displays.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, perform QA, maintain logs, and support on-site events while adhering to presentation guidelines to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with DAM and large-scale content operations.
• Experience with digital signage, IPTV, media servers, or live events.
• Familiarity with media formats, codecs, delivery standards, and QC processes.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and independent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, validation, organization, ingestion, and deployment of digital assets from internal teams, Sphere Studios, external vendors, and clients.
• Assist in cataloging, archiving, taxonomy, and lifecycle management of assets.
• Program and schedule content across the Exosphere, Digital Signage network, IPTV platform, and venue displays.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to ensure Run of Show documentation reflects programmed content and event requirements.
• Perform quality control checks to verify content integrity, technical compliance, and playback readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections of digital signage and display systems, escalating issues as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting playback systems, display hardware, and related workflows.
• Maintain detailed operational logs, documentation, and communications.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful events and venue operations.
• Provide exceptional experiences for guests, partners, and team members, adhering to appearance/presentation guidelines on-site.
