Job summary

Sphere Entertainment Co. is seeking a Coordinator, Content Operations to manage the intake, organization, and deployment of digital content across Sphere's display ecosystem.

You will coordinate assets from Sphere Studios, external partners, and clients, ensuring accurate cataloging and timely delivery to playback systems. Additionally, you will perform routine system inspections, assist with troubleshooting, maintain logs, and support reliable playback and guest experiences in a fast-paced live

Qualifications

• Experience with DAM, media asset workflows, or large-scale content operations.
• Experience with digital signage, IPTV, media servers, broadcast, or live event production environments is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the receipt, validation, organization, ingestion, and deployment of digital assets from internal teams, Sphere Studios, vendors, and clients.
• Assist in cataloging, archiving, taxonomy, and lifecycle of digital media assets.
• Program and schedule content across Exosphere, Digital Signage network, IPTV platform, and other venue displays.
• Collaborate with Business Operations to ensure Run of Show documentation reflects programmed content.
• Perform quality control checks to verify content integrity and playback readiness.
• Conduct routine inspections of digital signage and display systems and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting playback systems and display hardware.
• Maintain detailed operational logs and communications.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure successful events and venue operations.
• Provide exceptional guest and partner experiences while adhering to appearance and presentation guidelines on-site.
