Cultural Care Au Pair is seeking an experienced Content Lead to guide planning, development and execution of content across digital, websites, social media, email, print and video. You will shape messaging, copy and a cohesive content approach across all touchpoints, leading a small team and collaborating with Marketing, Paid Media and Video Production.

The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, balancing creativity, organization and project management while driving recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 7+ years' experience in content creation or editorial management.
• Proven ability to lead content teams and manage multiple projects across channels.
• Strong copywriting, branding, and editorial capabilities.
• Experience supporting video and photography productions, incl. scripting and on‑set coordination.
• Knowledge of SEO, analytics and AI‑powered content tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated content strategy across channels.
• Oversee content creation for websites, digital advertising, social media, email, print and video.
• Own messaging and tone of voice across campaigns and touchpoints.
• Identify and develop compelling stories and campaigns with host families and au pairs.
• Plan productions with Video Production; coordinate shoots and scripts.
• Apply SEO practices and use performance insights to improve quality and reach.
• Manage content projects and calendars; ensure timely delivery.
• Lead the Social Media Specialist and freelance copywriters; foster collaboration.
