Success Matcher Recruitment seeks a Founding Content & Creative Lead to own the creative direction for a rapidly growing consumer brand. You will concept, shoot, edit, and design content end-to-end, driving cultural momentum with a sharp eye for taste and bold, humorous, tender storytelling.

You’ll work directly with the CEO in NYC, building repeatable formats and maintaining a high bar for originality across all channels.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of creating high-performing content for a modern consumer brand, agency, or as a standalone creator.
• You are a true multi-hyphenate—you can shoot, edit, and design the graphic yourself.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Reels algorithms, trends, and visual subcultures.
• Strong point of view with balance of humor, unhinged, tender, and romantic.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Creation: Concept, shoot, edit, and design short-form social content for TikTok, Reels, and other channels.
• Creative Direction: Art direct campaigns and oversee creators or stunts to ensure distinctive visuals.
• Format Invention: Create repeatable formats and content series for recognizability.
• Guard the Vibe: Maintain quality and kill generic or over-polished outputs.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work with the CEO on taste, voice, and brand identity.
