Job summary

AMC Global Media is seeking a Senior Analyst – Content Research in New York, NY to join the Research team. You will lead end-to-end analyses of audience behavior, content performance, and franchise trends, delivering actionable insights for strategy and programming decisions.

Responsibilities include building executive-ready dashboards, collaborating with BI teams, and translating data into clear business recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years of analytics, insights, or research experience.
• Experience in streaming/digital media or content performance analytics preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel with advanced functions and templates.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality control.
• Strong written and verbal communication for stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into insights and actions.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboards.
• Familiarity with cross-platform measurement is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own analyses from end to end from question to recommendation.
• Conduct analyses on audience behavior, content and franchise performance.
• Translate performance data into clear insights and business implications.
• Develop executive-ready reports and performance summaries.
• Support audience architecture and content strategy initiatives.
• Identify target audiences and segments for launches and campaigns.
• Develop audience profiles and competitive readouts.
• Validate data sources with BI and data teams.
• Apply forecasting and benchmarking to evaluate actuals vs expectations.
• Incorporate market context into analyses for stakeholders.
