Job summary

AMC Global Media in New York, NY seeks an Analyst, Linear to join the Media Operations & Engineering team. You will manage content materials and metadata, ensure delivery readiness, and coordinate with licensors and internal partners.

Responsibilities include asset ingestion, data integrity tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to support transmission readiness across brands. Entry-level candidates with a year in programming operations at a TV network or studio are welcome.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Highly organized with great attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s Degree, film/communications or other comparable field preferred.
• Entry level role: 1-year previous programming operations-related work experience within a television network or film studio preferred.

Responsibilities

• Content Materials Acquisition & Readiness: Acquire, order, and validate all required supporting materials from internal teams and external licensors to ensure content is complete, compliant, and delivery-ready.
• Asset Management & Systems: Ingest and maintain digital media assets to support archival, version control, and future platform expansions.
• Operational Tracking & Data Integrity: Create, update, and audit tracking documents and databases to maintain data accuracy and visibility.
• Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate material ordering, deliveries, and confirmations with external licensors and distribution partners to keep workflows moving.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Broadcasting, Technology, Programming, Scheduling, and Delivery teams to ensure content transmission readiness.
