Job summary

AMC Global Media is hiring a Manager, Streaming Analytics in New York, NY to join our Research team. You will own KPI reporting for the streaming portfolio, lead cohort analyses, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, marketing, strategy, and data to deliver decision-ready analyses, guiding stakeholders with clear storytelling and structured analyses.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in streaming, media, analytics, or related field.
• 8+ years in analytics or BI roles with ability to structure problems and synthesize data into insights.
• Strong understanding of streaming metrics: subscribers, churn, ARPU, retention, etc.
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve recurring KPI reporting across streaming portfolio.
• Lead cohort and lifecycle analyses to reveal behavioral trends.
• Perform deep-dive analyses on pricing, promotions, and performance.
• Create executive-ready narratives linking results to business actions.
• Define analyses workplans, prioritize questions, and guide stakeholders.
