Job summary

AMC Networks Broadcasting & Technology in New York, NY seeks a Manager, Streaming Analytics to join the Research team. You will own KPI reporting across the streaming portfolio and lead deep-dive analyses to inform strategic decisions.

You will partner with content, marketing, strategy, distribution and BI teams to deliver executive-ready insights and actionable recommendations. Hybrid work with in-office collaboration valued.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in streaming, media, analytics or related field.
• 8+ years in analytics/BI roles with ability to structure problems and synthesize data.
• Strong streaming metrics knowledge and ability to link to business actions.
• Advanced Excel modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve recurring KPI reporting across the streaming portfolio.
• Lead cohort and lifecycle analyses to identify behavioral trends.
• Lead deep-dive analyses on acquisition, engagement, retention, pricing, and promos.
• Develop executive-ready narratives connecting results to actions.
• Structure problems, define workplans, and translate findings for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with content, marketing, strategy, distribution, finance, product, BI and data teams.
• Manage cross-functional workstreams with a client-service mindset.
• Lead special deep-dive projects including pricing changes and bundles.
• Oversee third-party research and synthesize syndicated data into narratives.
• Guide BI/data teams on KPI definitions, validation, and scalable analytics.
