Job summary

AMC Global Media in New York, NY is seeking an Analyst, Theatrical to join the Media Operations & Engineering team. You will manage content assets and coordinate deliveries across platforms.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills; preferred candidates have Microsoft Office proficiency and a basic background in programming operations within a TV network or film studio.

Responsibilities

• Content & Asset Management: Manage intake, tracking, and organization of theatrical and ancillary assets to ensure materials are accurate and available for workflows.
• Platform Enablement & Delivery: Ingest and manage premium titles within the Symbox portal to enable timely internal access and distribution.
• Post-Production & Quality Control: Coordinate QC and creation of accessibility and supplemental materials to meet technical and platform delivery requirements.
• Distribution & Release Operations: Execute and track outgoing deliveries to second-window and ancillary partners to support on-time releases.
• Cross-Functional & External Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, PR, Rights, and external vendors to align approvals and delivery timelines.
