Tensec, a global fintech enabling SMBs to participate in global trade, is hiring to lead our content engine. You will design and own a scalable system, publish in your own voice, and leverage AI to produce high-volume, credible content at pace.

You will align with our Global GTM head to shape positioning and messaging, publish across channels like LinkedIn, and build measurable signals to prove impact while staying compliant. This is a hybrid US-based role with options in Palo Alto and New York.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build a scalable content system and publish at high cadence.
• Strong judgment to differentiate high-quality AI drafts from mediocre ones.
• Ability to extract and shape ideas from senior leaders into clear, compelling content.

Responsabilités

• Build the content engine and publish consistently at volume without blocking leadership.
• Write pieces under your own name and craft perspectives on cross-border FX and payments.
• Prove impact with measurable signals; report pipeline influence with honesty.
• Collaborate with compliance to ensure messaging stays within regulatory boundaries.
