CapitalMD, an early-stage healthcare startup, seeks a Content & Operations Lead to own the physician experience through exceptional content and proactive relationship management. You will interview physicians, translate expertise into thought leadership, and build scalable workflows that support high-quality output.

In this in-person role at our Flatiron, NY office, you will manage relationships with elite physicians, drive opportunities by coordinating engagements, and help shape CapitalMD’s

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in content, startups, agencies, healthcare, or related fast-moving environments.
• Exceptional storytelling and editing taste; able to make ideas compelling.
• Strong relationship-building with physicians and leaders.
• Highly organized with a bias for action and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create Exceptional Physician Content: own end-to-end content engine and editorial standards.
• Own Physician Relationships: manage a portfolio of elite physicians and be primary contact.
• Drive Opportunities: coordinate introductions and engagements to move opportunities forward.
• Build CapitalMD: contribute to systems, plays, AI workflows, and future direction.
