Job summary

MNTN is seeking a content designer to own and shape product storytelling across Help Centers, release notes, micro-tutorials, internal knowledge, and change guidance. You will partner with Technical Program Managers to ensure AI-ready customer content and drive self-service resolution.

As a senior contributor, you’ll craft plain-language narratives for every product change, track their impact, and push for content health improvements across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in content design, content strategy, or technical writing in SaaS.
• Sharp writing and editing bar, turning dense product info into actionable guidance.
• Deep technical acumen and experience partnering with product leaders and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own content design for product portfolio: Help Centers, release notes, micro-tutorials, internal knowledge, change guidance.
• Lead content readiness for product launches, partnering with Technical Program Managers for AI-ready customer content.
• Create plain-language stories behind every product change and track performance to improve self-service resolution.
