Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a part-time associate for its Contact Center Team. You will act as a concierge for licensed insurance agents, connecting consumers with the right agents in real time, handling calls, and guiding through scripts from your home in Texas. No insurance license is required.

You will manage outbound and inbound calls, ask qualifying questions, and provide a positive consumer experience, with regular updates to leadership and a set shift schedule.

About the Role

As an associate in our Contact Center Team, you will act as a concierge for licensed insurance agents, connecting consumers interested in insurance products with the right agents in real time. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage scripts on our platform, and provide a positive experience for our consumers—all from the comfort of your own home. No insurance license is required.

General Responsibilities

• Engage in inbound and outbound calls with consumers looking to compare insurance rates.
• Ask qualifying questions to match them with the best insurance agent for their needs.
• Complete follow‑up calls, inquiring about the consumer’s experience and ensuring their needs were met.
• Record information about the consumer’s experience and communicate updates to leadership.
• Maintain frequent communication with leadership and daily team chat updates.

Requirements for this Opportunity

• Working USB headset and mouse.
• High‑speed internet with at least 50 mb/s download speed.
• Noise‑free background during calls.

Virtual Training Additional Requirements

• Updated personal laptop or PC capable of Microsoft Office and Teams downloads.
• Working webcam and webcam training over the first two days.
• AWL will provide a company laptop for training.

What You Need to Know

• You must reside and work in the state of Texas.
• Maintain a quiet background; background noise is never acceptable on calls.
• We occasionally conduct screenshares for call quality coaching.
• High‑volume call center with calls approximately five seconds apart.
• Multiple shifts available; you will have a set schedule.
• Minimum hours requirement is 20 hours per week with a requirement for good attendance.
• Hours of operation: 7 AM to 9 PM Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 7 PM Saturday, 11 AM to 7 PM Sunday.
