Job summary

AWL is seeking a remote part-time concierge for its Contact Center Team. You will engage with consumers looking to compare insurance rates, qualifying and connecting them with the right ready-to-assist agents. No license is required as you are not selling.

Two weeks of virtual training, flexible scheduling with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and strong communication skills are essential. You will work from a home workspace in Texas, supported by AWL's login credentials and tools.

Overview

Training and Schedule

Two weeks of virtual training. A personal computer with a webcam is required for the first two days of training. AWL will provide a laptop. Attending training and meeting connectivity requirements is essential to successfully complete training.

Schedule: Part-time with a set schedule. Minimum 20 hours per week. Hours of operation: 7:00–20:30 (Mon–Fri), 9:00–18:00 (Sat), 11:00–18:00 (Sun).
