Job summary

BLACKHAWK COMMUNITY CREDIT UNION is hiring a Contact Center Member Advisor to deliver exceptional member experiences by phone and digital channels. You will promote financial education, verify member identity, and process a variety of inquiries including account openings, service requests, and lending services.

The role requires 2+ years in teller or member advisory work, strong interpersonal skills, and adherence to banking regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Associate degree, high School diploma or equivalent level of knowledge and skills.
• Minimum of two years of previous Teller, or Member Advisor experience.
• Knowledge of banking regulations preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful service and promote financial education.
• Process account maintenance, service requests, and lending services.
• Verify member identity and ensure secure interactions.
• Handle transactions accurately and balance daily.
• Collaborate with branches and assist eServices as needed.
• Follow BSA procedures and complete annual training.
