Job summary

Black Hills Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Experience Consultant at the Rapid City branch to deliver outstanding member service, guide customers to ITMs, and educate on BHFCU products. You will perform teller transactions, open accounts, assist with loans, online banking support, and cross-sell using the ENGAGE model in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

This role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a customer-first mindset, with opportunities to advance through MXC

Qualifications

• Two-year college level of language, math and reasoning skills or equivalent experience.
• Zero to two years of relevant experience preferred.
• Knowledge of teller, member service, and lending transactions.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members to the branch and guide them to ITMs.
• Perform teller transactions and a variety of member service tasks.
• Open new memberships and accounts; process loans and credit card applications.
• Assist with online banking support and PIN requests.
• Educate and inform members about BHFCU products and services using the ENGAGE model.
