Job summary

Box is seeking a Program Manager, Consumption Products, to own the day-to-day consumption program globally. You will coordinate actions across product, finance, analytics, and customer-facing teams, ensuring accurate billing and scalable operations.

Reporting to the VP of Renewals and Consumption, you will partner with Product, Data Engineering, Billing, Marketing, and Account teams to define and scale consumption-based monetization across the Platform and beyond.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, program management, operations, or a cross-functional business role.
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models and familiarity with consumption-based or usage-based pricing, including AI-driven products.
• Clearly demonstrated quantitative analysis experience, able to perform analyses and interpret data prepared by others.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to simplify complex policies, workflows, and terms for diverse audiences.
• Attention to detail when handling customer-specific terms, exceptions, alerts, and operational actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer-facing consumption program globally, including day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate operational actions such as exception handling, customer controls, and billing data provisioning.
• Serve as first-line SME for consumption billing questions from Account Teams and GTM stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Business Analytics and Product teams to explore usage patterns and reporting needs.
• Review product updates and policy changes for operational impact and contribute to playbooks and guidance.
• Act as cross-functional orchestrator across work-streams to maintain integrated view of dependencies.
• Lead expansion of consumption billing to new Box products.
